About Leah

I’ve spent 20 years in the mental health field, and my passion for this work grew out of my own healing journey.

For many years, I felt stuck and spent a lot of time searching for answers. I tried therapy, medications, diets, supplements, and many different approaches to healing. What ultimately changed things for me was learning about the nervous system.

For the first time, I understood why I had been stuck and why so many things I had tried hadn’t created lasting change. As I began working with my nervous system, things slowly began to shift. I wasn’t just managing symptoms. I was getting to the root.

That experience transformed how I understand healing and continues to shape the work I do today.

Since 2022, I’ve been part of Trauma Healing Accelerated, guiding and mentoring thousands of people through nervous system regulation, trauma healing, and somatic parts work. I’m now bringing this work to individuals and groups in La Crosse and beyond.

My approach is grounded in nervous system regulation and somatic parts work. I believe meaningful healing happens when we can create greater safety and capacity in the body while developing a more compassionate relationship with ourselves.

People often describe me as compassionate, grounded, and authentic. I bring those qualities into my work and strive to create a space where you can feel safe enough to explore, heal, and reconnect with yourself.

Perhaps the greatest gift I bring to this work is my commitment to my own ongoing healing. I know how vulnerable this journey can be because I have walked it myself. That experience allows me to meet others with genuine empathy, curiosity, and respect for wherever they are in their process.

Healing is possible. I’m honored to walk alongside those who feel ready for a different approach.
